We’ll spend the first few minutes settling into the space with various breath work, meditation, & stretching. Then sink into a guided Yoga Nidra. Close out your Monday by winding down and settling in. Begin your week well rested, calm, and grounded.
Each 3 month session (five or six classes) will have something different to offer than the previous session; come find out what’s new this session. No worries, the core practice is the same; we’ll still practice Yogic Sleep.
It’s said that twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is as calming to the mind as two hours of quality sleep.
