About

Trillium Ayurveda is a registered yoga school through Yoga Alliance (with a Bit of Bliss Cape Cod).

Charlotte is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA).  Her formal Ayurvedic education began at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and continues with Advanced Ayurvedic trainings with Boston Ayurveda Inc. for disease management of the body, senses, mind, and spirit.  She is fascinated by the mind’s influence on everything and is the first American graduate of AyurVedic Psychology with Jessica Richmond (and Bapaji: Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa).

An experienced 500 hour Ayurveda Yoga Teacher (E-RYT and CE provider through Yoga Alliance), Charlotte began her 200 hour training with Shri Yoga Training and became a 500 hour AYT through the Kripalu School of Yoga.  She continues her yoga training with Yoga Medicine and Kripalu.

Charlotte is blessed to have the best job ever and is passionate about her work.  She loves to share the wisdom of Ayurveda, how by applying simple tools you can tweak imbalances and support management of daily life and chronic concerns.  She loves teaching and offers classes, workshops, and trainings so that others may share the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.  You may also meet with her individually for consultations, body treatments, and private yoga. See the schedule for the current offerings.

A dedicated teacher, she is honored to teach people that yoga and Ayurveda is for everybody.  With the beautiful blend of physical, mental, and spiritual tools/wisdom, it is possible to heal the body, mind, heart, and soul.
