–Next Yoga Nidra (guided rest) is Monday May 20th at 7:30-8:15.  The ultimate stretch, relax, and restore. Space is limited; RSVP with the link.  Yoga Nidra will be on a break for the summer months, so take advantage of this last one before summer.

On-line Ayurveda Webinars: Learn from the comfort of your home.  Grab a mug of tea, a pen, and get ready to dive in. I’ll send you the powerpoint, a link to the webinar, and information about getting your CE credits and the recording the day of the class. Don’t hesitate to call or email with any questions. Yoga Alliance CE credits ($5 processing/certificate fee).

Webinar Recording: Introduction to Ayurveda.  This is the foundational class for all the other classes that might follow (Routines, Bones & Joints, Food & Digestion, Ayurveda and your Mind, and more possibilities).

Ayurveda 101: Experiencing Ayurveda: returns next fall (2020).  Experiencing Ayurveda is for anyone who wants to establish a life of wise, healthy living.  It is also for yoga teachers (CEs and YTT300) and those wishing to continue their education as Ayurveda Health Counselors.  Details and dates will post soon; keep your eyes peeled (space will be limited).
