On-line Ayurveda Webinars: Grab a mug of tea, a pen, and get ready to dive in. I’ll send you the powerpoint, a link to the webinar, and information about getting your CE credits and the recording the day of the class. Don’t hesitate to call or email with any questions. Yoga Alliance CE credits ($5 processing/certificate fee). (min 6)
Seasonal Shift Webinars are posted for the first day of each season 6-7pm ($18)
Webinar Recording: Introduction to Ayurveda.  This is the foundational class for all the other classes that might follow (Routines, Bones & Joints, Food & Digestion, Ayurveda and your Mind, and more possibilities).
February 9, 9-11am: Ayurvedic Routines. Learn from the comfort of your own home: In Ayurveda, it is said that living out of rhythm with the laws of nature is one of the root causes of imbalance that can lead to disease. What are these rhythms? How can you work with them to balance your life and cultivate a healthier you? This class has the answers.

In-house Classe:  The Doshas and your Relationships on February 14th at 6pm.  We’ll talk about the doshas, explore our doshas, and then see how they function in relationships.  Be prepared to giggle and laugh.  We’ll talk about how doshas balance each other and how they clash and how to work with one another no against one another. Keep your eyes peeled for more information.  Bring a partner…or don’t!! (RSVP; min 6)
