Challenge yourself to go for a half a mile walk each day this coming week. Yes, you may go farther, but the challenge is at least half a mile. Every. Single. Day. There are very few valid excuses for not going for a half a mile walk. I don’t have to tell you this, you already know that most of the excuses are Resistance (Read: War of Art).
Get out the door. Fresh air is good for you. Walking is good for you. Moving is good for you. Get that stuck Kapha moving. Yes, even if it’s raining. Snowing. Sleeting. It won’t kill you. Hey, you might enjoy it. When was the last time you went for a walk in the rain?
Have a partner? Drag them along: walking is the key to a good relationship.
Leave your phone at home!!! Walk. Leave your music at home. Savor. Enjoy. Leave your audiobook at home. Explore your senses and your thoughts.

PS: If you’re too busy to go for a ten minute walk, then you need to go for a half an hour walk instead.
