No Yoga This Evening!

No Yoga this evening at the Royalston Town Hall.  It’s still spitting ice and snow.

BeeWarm.  BeeTeaTimed.  BeeStretched.  BeeRelaxed.  Enjoy the snow. It’s quite lovely and quiet.  Maybe do Yoga in the Snow…SnowGa!!!

Have an awesome Thanksgiving!!  Don’t forget to stretch, breath, and relax.
