Our 300 hour program is designed with an intimate Sangha in mind for personalized attention. Our training will build on your 200 hour knowledge to guide you into stronger understanding of the essential components of yoga. We want you to have the concrete skills to go beyond effectively teaching. We will add layers to your knowledge of the human body, systems and body movements, to better understand and work with asanas. You will learn the skills needed to teach in group settings as well as working one on one with students safely, effectively, and appropriately. Our training deepens the practices of Pranayama, Meditation, and how to unite Ayurveda with Yoga while also cultivating safe space and offering individual support to explore the niche that most fits you to become the authentic You as a Teacher. You will leave our training with more confidence in your own abilities and wisdom and ready to do the Great Work of sharing that wisdom with others.

–Take your teaching practice to the next level.
–Become a 500 hour certified yoga teacher (we are also a 200 hour registered yoga school through Yoga Alliance).

Your teachers include Charlotte of Trillium Ayurveda and Janet Bettey of Bit of Bliss Yoga of Cape Cod.
