STOP. Just for a moment STOP. Take a breath. Breathe. Breathe again. Drop something off the “must do, super important” list that’s not really a “must do, super important” thing and go play. Join us each Monday at 9:30am for live Zoom Yoga. The classes usually start with some of these juicy life nuggets and reflections to cherish and ponder and take off the mat into life. If you can’t make the live time, there’s a recording to watch in your own time and place. This is the PERFECT practice to fit into your perfectly perfect full life. Register below under: workshops. This week’s practice includes a short daily practice.

NEW: Living Well: Practicing Ayurveda meets monthly. We’ll discuss a new topic in Living Well and how to incorporate those practices effectively into our (sometimes very full) lives. There will be a complementary book to go with these classes to help you in your studies and practice!! First session: March 17th at 6pm (hybrid class).

RSVP HERE for classes with our Trillium Teachers (under Classes), classes with Charlotte (all classes with Charlotte are under Workshops): Skin Health arrives on March 18th. Pranayama: The Cleansing Practices comes in April (Saturday Workshop).
