We’ve changes the dates and times for the Spring Pranayama Series to a weekend workshop. This class, we focus on the cleansing and lightning up breathing practices. They are excellent for those times when we are carrying too much weight in body, mind, and spirit. All are Welcome to attend.
We’ve added in a consistent monthly practice and study in Ayurveda (for all level of Ayurveda and Life Students): Living Well: Practicing Ayurveda. It’s just like your commitment to your yoga practice, but focused on Ayurveda and living well tools! Each month we’ll talk about a new topic…details will come out on Tuesday (right here on the Blog)!!! For the first time, I’m offering a hybrid style class, so you can arrive from wherever you are, however you need to. Zoom to fit in if you’re far away (or it just feels far) or join me in the Trillium Practice to get out of the house and into a new setting!
