One of my favorite quotes is that “you are not a self improvement project“. I don’t know where it came from, or who said it, but it’s so beautiful. We spend so much time trying to be better, smarter, faster…that we forget to just savor the moment. This week I invite you to savor the moment. Be content with life exactly as it unfolds. And, maybe most especially, be content with who you are…exactly as you are.
