Community Yoga Wednesday (tonight) at 6pm. Drop in at the Community Church in North Orange. With Charlotte.

Cozy Yoga (really nice to Restore the Nervous System) on Sunday at 6pm with Marie.

Gentle Practice with Ava on Sunday at 9am.

Home Practice (via Zoom live Monday at 9:30am) and/or Recording in your own time/place. With Charlotte.

The Tools in our Wellness Toolbox (like yoga) work better when we commit and practice/do them. Come to Yoga.
