There is No Yoga on Wednesday evening this week. Trillium Home Practice (via Zoom and Recording) happens as usual—please RSVP soon.

Please enjoy Cozy Yoga with Marie on Sunday evening at 6pm or Gentle Practice with Ava on Sunday morning at 9am. RSVP please.

    I will continue to come to Marie’s Sunday class as long as she continues to do it. I believe she is done with her practicum snd does that then make this regular class?

      Yes. She plans to continue. There is no yoga tonight due to illness.
