This Saturday, 10-noon, we continue the Ayurvedic Foundations with Ayurvedic Routines. You may join us live or watch the recorded video of the class in your own time. Ayurveda and Digestion is coming on November 12th 10-noon. Please be familiar with the foundations of Ayurveda before taking the Digestion class, we will refer to the Ayurveda foundational tools, but will not take time to refresh them. Classes for 2023 will be scheduled and posted soon…
