Summer is beginning to come to a close. We can feel Autumn on the wind. With Autumn comes that time of cozying in and settling down to balance the unruly forces of Vata that can blow in and stir things up.

We’ve got just what you need to settle down and stay settled into the Nourishing Practices of Fall and Winter. For more information, visit the website or registration link below. Be sure to sign up for the Blog to be the first in the know for what’s happening and to learn more about Yoga and Ayurveda.

Yoga Teacher Training for new teachers begins in March of 2023 (class five). It’s never too early to reserve your spot. This is for anyone who wants to dive in deeply into the depths of what yoga is and, of course, if you’d like to become a yoga teacher. It takes place over the course of ten months, meeting one weekend a month in the Trillium Studio (no classes in July and August). Please visit TrilliumAyurveda.com for more information and to begin the application process. This training is taught with Janet Bettey of Bit of Bliss Yoga of Cape Cod and Jennifer Peck of Jen Zen Living.

Janet and I have also introduced (new this fall) Yoga and Ayurveda Studies! You can peruse the new web page HERE. You will find classes, trainings, and courses that meet your needs and interests. You can choose courses in small bite sized pieces or take a series of themed trainings for a more intense approach. There’s something for everyone. This has replaced our formal 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program.

Consultations and Ayurvedic Body Treatments. One on one appointments available on a limited schedule: Most appointment times are on Tuesdays and they fill up fast, book early for best availability.

The schedule is filling up with wonderful things. We look forward to seeing you in classes, workshops, or trainings. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns or just want to learn more!!

Happy Autumn. BeeWell and Nourish Your Vata.

Love & Namaste,

Charlotte
