Yoga for a Hot Summer Day

In this morning’s Personal Practice (Trillium At Home: via Zoom and Recording), we talked about and practiced ways to stay cool during this extremely hot time of Summer and why it’s still important to move. We talked about why we might feel tired and cranky and tools to help maintain balance, as well as what to watch for to be well as we transition into Extreme Pitta into Vata Season. Looking ahead and planning well is a keystone of Ayurveda; there are Ayurveda Classes coming this Autumn.
