With seasonal blended spices and salts, I am ready for two of my favorite things with an Ayurveda Spice Kit.
One: Each seasonal salt is ready to spice up a perfect bowl of popcorn! My favorite treat in any season. Add a good movie or book and I am blissfully happy.
Two: I always have the fresh spices ready to go for a batch of Kitchari when I might be feeling under the weather or have over-indulged in foods that aren’t the best choice for the me and the season. I’m prepared to make the perfect simple, healing meal. Recipe is included in this season’s Pitta spice kit.

Each Seasonal Spice Kit is made to order and ready for the Summer/Winter Solstices and the Autumn/Spring Equinoxes. They are house made and specially packaged for you to pick up (or you may choose to have them shipped if you are far away or just like to get exciting things in the mail–treat yourself, it’s ok). They almost always include a little something special to enjoy.
Kits must be ordered by the 1st day of the month of the new season! Don’t hesitate to order in advance for all four seasons. They also make a great, unique and specially made gift, for those hard-to-shop-for loves in your life.
