Spice Kits include what you need most, the spices of Ayurveda. These spices support the wellness of body and mind through food! Remember health begins in the gastrointestinal tract and from there then supports all the other biological “fires”, channels, and tissues of the body. Seasonal Salts and Spices of Ayurveda remind us to shift with the seasons and to EatWell and BeeWell.
Each kit contains a Seasonal Salt and Seasonal Spice (specially made and only available in a kit) and often comes with a little lagniappe (a little something extra). Each kit contains guidance for the season to support wellness and balance…for this Summer (Pitta) Kit, that means suggestions to keep you cool in body and mind, while helping you fully enjoy the fiery gifts of summer and pitta!

Each Seasonal Spice Kit is made to order and ready for the Summer/Winter Solstice or the Autumn/Spring Equinox. They are still specially packaged for you to pick up (or you may choose to have them shipped if you are far away or just like to get exciting things in the mail–treat yourself, it’s ok). They must be ordered by the 1st day of the month of the new season! Don’t hesitate to order in advance for all four seasons. They also make a great, unique and specially made gift, for those hard-to-shop-for loves in your life.
