January is coming to a close and we’ve just completed the Yamas in Stay at Home Yoga (via Zoom and recordings). The Yamas are the social ethics of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. They help us to live in society with kindness and ease.
I’ve resent the links to the Yama classes of January to everyone who attended each class and will be leaving those classes posted through February to enjoy. If you missed out on any or all of the classes, and would like to enjoy, let me know and I’ll send you an invoice and link for the class(es).
Next month, we begin the Niyamas, our personal observances. Those practices that help us to become our best versions of ourselves! Don’t forget to RSVP! It’s easy, once you register, you will get an email with the link to the live Zoom time about half an hour before class begins on Monday at 9:30am. After class, the recording is uploaded and you will receive another email with the recording link to use (usually the recording deletes after one week, but the Yamas will stay available through February and the Niyamas will stay available through March). If you’re worried, a student this morning said to me: Thank you for making these Zoom classes so easy. It’s nice to just click and join!
When you register for ten Stay at Home classes at a time, you get the eleventh class free. I will register you for the eleventh class when you book ten (so you don’t have to do anything, you’ll just get an email letting you know you’re registered for an extra class).
Namaste and Thank You for Joining Me!!
