BeeWell Gatherings are the first Friday of each month. They help us to be well in all aspects of Being. Well in Body. Well in Mind. Well in Heart. Gather with like minded Good Company for a mini Ayurveda Wellness lecture, time to reflect and plan, and time to share. Open to everyone: no mat required, but a journal for the journey is helpful.
Stay at Home Yoga (via Zoom and Recording Link). You may join us each Monday morning at 9:30am OR schedule yoga at your own time and in your own space.
