This Week at Trillium…

Online scheduling
Please be sure to RSVP for Stay at Home Yoga and Dark Night Yoga (space is very limited in Dark Night Yoga)

Start the year off right with No Excuses Yoga (sometimes, we need a commitment and the “nudge”): Stay at Home Yoga (via Zoom and Recording Link).

You may join us each Monday morning at 9:30am OR schedule yoga at your own time and in your own space. The recording is available any time during the week to watch. Scheduled YOUR Yoga Time and click “play”. Feel free to join live and/or practice again and again throughout the week! New for 2022: Book ten Stay At Home Yoga Classes at a time and you’ll be added to an eleventh class free (I will add the eleventh to your booking when I am notified that you’ve booked for ten).

We begin the year in our weekly yoga classes with the Yogic foundational principles for living in society and living your best Self. The Yamas and the Niyamas. These foundational practices are those that informed many of our most respected Leaders for change and peace.

Read more HERE: From the linked Yoga International article. The Yamas and Niyamas aren’t “rules”; they are the “natural alignment” of our true nature:

“When we fall out of natural alignment with the yamas and niyamas, it might be a sign that we have forgotten our true nature and are instead identifying with our stories. These moments become empowering opportunities to investigate with curiosity—and then to heal—whatever it was that triggered the disconnect.”

Dark Night Yoga is filling up, please RSVP soon using the link above (it’s under “workshop”). If it is full, please send me a message and I will add you to the wait list. If you are registered and are unable to attend, please let me know ASAP so I can offer your spot to someone else. (space is limited to 6 students).
