Stay At Home Yoga (via Zoom or recording) is your best bet for wintry, unpredictable January days. It’s a lovely practice to commit to your Mat from home! It has its own special challenges and every time you lay out your mat and practice from home: it’s a win! You are cultivating discernment and self will: Tapas. Which we’ll be talking about in the coming weeks as the New Year always begins with the yogic basic foundational practices for on and off the mat: the Yamas (social ethics) and Niyamas (personal observances). New for 2022: Book ten Stay At Home Yoga Classes at a time and you’ll be added to an eleventh class free (I will add the eleventh to your booking when I am notified that you’ve booked for ten).
Want Company for Yoga? Wednesday evening Yoga for Good Company (and everyone) at the Community Church in North Orange at 6pm. No RSVP required.
Special classes are happening, including Full Moon Yoga, Dark Night Yoga, BeeWell Gatherings, and continuing education for yoga teachers. Look for blog posts on each of these to post. RSVP early, space and limited and they will fill up.
