Full Moon Yoga classes are back and take place in the studio (hoping for better weather in January, as they are weather permitting). Bring yourself and your mat (and any other props you enjoy for practice; there are some available in the studio as well). You might want to bring along a Journal for self reflection or you might choose not to and just enjoy the experience.
Dark Night Yoga is brand new. They begin on the Winter Solstice and continue into early February on the Dark Nights. Please have some experience with yoga and be comfortable in the dark, as part of this practice will be done in silence in full darkness.
