Start the year off Well. These sessions are open to everyone (you don’t need to “do yoga” or “know Ayurveda”). They are for anyone who needs a little Self Care help or living life support or just plain needs Good Company and good people!
These classes are designed to help each of us stay on target with our self care commitments (physical, mental, social). It’s hard to know what to do or where to begin. It’s hard to stay motivated. It feels like no one else is struggling as much!! We’re here to help and to keep Good Company.
They are participant driven, but for an overview of what to expect:
Together, we’ll say Hello! and share what’s going well in our lives and how we’re struggling (on a physical, mental, and soul level). We’ll help each other figure out what we would like to be doing and each of us will go away with our own Self Care plan to practice. There will be mini practices and mini lecture pieces to get the mind thinking in new ways and to help hone in on what might be a good focus point.
We each struggle and succeed in our own ways and we can use that as a learning tool. We’ll talk, share, and learn from each other. We’ll discuss life and tweak our plans. We’ll commit and recommit to a new practice/plan for the new month.
There’s a beautiful group beginning to form. Be a part of this Beautiful Group of Good Company! Bring your chaotic, messy, beautiful selves and share Good Company!!
