This time of year can be both wonderful and hard. There’s Yoga for both!! Yoga has been proven to be supportive and helpful for all levels of depression and anxiety. When it’s hard to leave the house, there’s Stay Home Yoga (you can practice with the group on Mondays at 9:30am or practice with the recording when it’s convenient for you).
