Yoga in the Studio

All classes take place in the Trillium Yoga Studio.

Please have some yoga experience to attend the Dark Night Yoga!!! This class will partially take place in the dark, so please RSVP according to your comfort level.

Full Moon Yoga is open to everyone. Please let me know if you are new to yoga, so I can accommodate your needs in the class.
