This is the best way to keep up your practice in uncertain times! I know we might be tired of Zoom and tired of what feels like constant change, but it’s important to cultivate or re-cultivate your personal practice. Practice is the KEY to navigating life’s challenges!! Practice is the key to wellness!
Each class takes place “live” on Mondays at 9:30am, if you miss people and connection. The recording comes to your inbox later Monday morning, so you can practice any time. You can practice over and over; really landing the week’s focus and practice–there is such beauty to what’s familiar and comfortable.
Bring a pair of blocks, a strap, and a bolster. If you don’t have these things, no worries, just bring yourself.

I am trying to sign up for Zoom yoga for the rest of the year.
When I go onto the Setmore site and try to create a new profile so I can sign in, it says that my email already exists in the system. However, when I try to sign in, it says there is no such account, so I cannot reset my password either. Meanwhile, I have been continuing to get duplicate notices from Schedulicity.
Yikes! This must be driving you crazy too. When yoga gets frustrating, you know things have gone off the rails in your life. I would appreciate your help in getting this set up. Also, I am interested in a hot oil treatment when you get those up and running again.
