I know we might be tired of Zoom and tired of what feels like constant change, but it’s important to cultivate or re-cultivate your personal practice. Each class takes place “live” on Mondays at 9:30am, if you miss people and connection. The recording comes to your inbox later Monday morning, so you can practice any time. You can practice over and over; really landing the week’s focus and practice–there is such beauty to what’s familiar and comfortable.
Bring a pair of blocks, a strap, and a bolster. If you don’t have these things, no worries, just bring yourself.
