September is just a week away and there are lots of things happening! First of all, I’m super excited to be offering a brand new Ayurveda class: Ojas: Basic Life Support. Save the DATE: September 10th at 6pm. If you’re alive, this class is for you. If you’re struggling with feeling your best, this class is for you.
In this class, we’ll go over the Ayurvedic concepts of immunity and resilience (particularly Ojas), then we’ll see how this relates to your unique balance of Vata Pitta and Kapha (no worries if you’re new to these, we’ll do a quick recap). We’ll close with tools and techniques to bring, and keep, everything in balance!! Links to register for this class will post soon, as soon as I see if you’d prefer in person or on Zoom: give your input HERE. If you need a refresher on Introduction to Ayurveda, please reach out for access to the Introduction to Ayurveda video.
Zoom Yoga continues on Mondays at 9:30am with a link to the recording to be watched at your own convenience during the week…or perhaps watched again and again (the video is not downloadable, but due to my Vata, classes tend to stay posted much longer than the week; keep track of the links to re-access the videos you love). No yoga on September 20th.
Tuesday Community Yoga at Royalston (town hall) at 6pm will be seeing some changes. I will be passing the Seat of the Teacher for this class over to Jessica as of September 20th. Jessica is a student in our 200 hour program and will be completing her Practicums in Royalston before taking over as the permanent teacher there. She brings fresh energy, vitality, and life experience to this class and is going to be a wonderful teacher. I’m looking forward to seeing her evolve and grow as a teacher.
Community Yoga in North Orange (The Community Church) will continue on Wednesdays at 6pm. No yoga on September 22nd.
The next Yoga Teacher’s Mentor Zoom Call has had a date and time change to October 6th at 7:30pm. You must RSVP for this class. Minimum of 4 students to run this class. RSVP HERE.
Yoga Teacher Trainings for 200 hour (new teachers) and 300 hour (experienced teachers) begins in January and February. We expect these classes to fill up fast; we like to keep the sangha small and intimate so if you’re interested, be sure to begin the application process soon. HERE.
Look for the next Ayurveda 101 Live Call date and time to post for Fall/Winter.
Look for Fall and Winter classes to post, as well as the return of Ayurvedic Body Treatments and Ayurvedic Consultations.

Thank you ā¤ļø
