Small yoga classes are coming back. Tonight, we have our first Gentle Community Yoga in Royalston at the Town Hall at 6pm. All are welcome, no need to reserve a spot, but we are limited to ten people. Due to a scheduling glitch, we will be meeting in the dining hall tonight, but hope we will be back upstairs next week. (Reminder, there is no yoga on the 27th).
Please bring a mat, a block, and a blanket. We will not have any extra props to share for the time being.
Next class will be our first Fire Pit Yoga class on Earth Day at 6pm. You must RSVP, but you will pay when you arrive (this makes things easier for everyone if we have to cancel due to weather).
There are still space in next month’s classes (you must RSVP and pay in advance):
Monday 6pm are Student Led Yoga Classes (and for the month of May, they are all free, but limited to FIVE).
Wednesday 6pm are Gentle Yoga Classes (temporarily moved from the Church to Trillium and limited to FIVE people).
Monday Morning Stay At Home Zoom Yoga continues (live at 9:30 on Mondays plus the recording mailed to your inbox, so you can join us live, later on the recording, or both). Unlimited space and you must RSVP to receive the link to join. Monday April 29th will be pre-recorded. This is a great way to try out yoga in the privacy of your own home. Even though it’s on Zoom, I’m still there to support your practice and answer any questions before, after, and between classes. I can also (within reason) tweak the classes if there is something special you need or would like to work on.
