A no excuses, every day meditation; it’s not even six minutes. If you can’t find these six minutes in your day for stillness, then go outside for a thirty minute walk every day instead. You need it.
A five minute meditation every day can go a long way to help us to navigate challenges and build resilience, even boost immunity. This meditation is super beginner friendly. You can’t do it wrong (unless you’re deliberately choosing to do so). Simply, sit down, anywhere (within reason), and turn on the audio.
