Tonight’s a good night to take some time to rest and restore and so there’s a free pop up Zoom class at 5pm. We’ll stretch out, warm up, and practice some restorative Yin postures to close and turn inward.
Bring a blanket (that you can roll into about a three inch “tube”). Any blanket will do.
Bring a mug of warm water or herbal tea. That means: not black tea or coffee. I will allow you a mug of green tea. I know, green tea has caffeine. Want to know why I’ll allow it? Ask me before the pop up begins.
You might want a block, but that’s optional.
