What is a Pop Up Zoom class? These classes will randomly be posted on the blog with a date, time, and this registration link (you MUST register) for an assortment of classes. They might be yoga. They might be Ayurveda. They might be something else entirely (you know me). Keep your eyes peeled; they’re only available for the month and then they’re gone. When you register, make sure you include your email so I can send you the invite to the class.
