July Updates

Hello Friends,

Welcome to July!!

COMMUNITY YOGA: If all continues to go well, classes will begin on Wednesday evenings starting on July 15th (there will be no yoga on the 22nd). Space will be limited, so as soon as I have the “Go”, I will post a registration link and location.

ZOOM YOGA: Zoom yoga will continue on Mondays at 9:30am, with the recording available for the week to watch. These Zoom classes help to keep you on target with your weekly yoga practice. You get to practice at your own convenience, in your own space, and it’s easy to modify to meet your own needs. Be sure to register for July before Sunday. Schedule now.

CLINICAL PRACTICE: I am beginning to work with one on one clients again. I have very limited openings for consultations in July and am tentatively scheduling body treatment appointments in August (these are subject to change if necessary). Please contact me directly for available dates and times.

SELF CARE AYUR-KITS: Pitta/Summer Self-Care Ayur-Kits went out in June, despite shipping slow downs. Because of the challenges getting out Spring and Summer’s Kits during Covid-19, I considered eliminating them, but I got excessive feedback to please not do so. So, because you asked, Vata/Autumn and Winter’s Self Care Ayur-Kit is scheduled for October. I’ve created an Early Bird special: ORDER in July for $65 (plus shipping, if required). Price will go up each month until the deadline of October 1st.

POP UP CLASSES: Speaking of requests, I heard that one day Pop Ups were overwhelming. Because I don’t want to overwhelm anyone, there will be a shift to Pop Ups for July. The classes will pop up and remain posted on the blog for the duration of the month. You must RSVP for any “live” on Zoom pop ups. New “live” classes have posted; schedule now (they are listed under WORKSHOPS).

June’s five Pop Up links have been re-opened to re-view. Enjoy them while they last. Who knows what will pop up for July?

YOGA TRAININGS: The Yoga School is open and taking applications. Maybe you’ve been doing deep self reflection and have considered becoming a yoga teacher; the next 200 hour training begins in January. If you are already a yoga teacher and want to advance your education, 300 hour module one (Yoga & Ayurveda) begins in September. Enjoy the gifts of Summer. Stop to explore the flowers. Remember to make time for a visit to the water’s edge. Watch the fire flies dance.
