There’s a dark moon. A new moon. We have to learn to walk through the darkness before we can grow and transform into the best versions of ourselves.
Pause and Practice: When was the last time you sat in darkness? How does the darkness make you feel? Do you fear the darkness? Why do you fear the darkness?
Tonight, when it’s dark, go outside and sit in the darkness. Look at the sky. Listen to the noises. Tune into your own feelings and thoughts. What happens when you allow yourself to sit in darkness? What happens when you tune into the Shadow side? How will you evolve as the darkness lifts and the light grows.
These are great journal questions for yourself.
