Thursday: Add

Continue everything from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Eat your three meals at the appropriate time:

Breakfast: oatmeal, stewed apples with cinnamon, vegetable broth with steamed vegetables, or kitchari.

Lunch: Kitchari or steamed vegetables with vegetable broth and/or rice.

Snack on whole fruits (and nuts, if needed). Eat snacks at least half an hour away from regular meal times. You may also have a spoonful of honey (or Chywanprash) between 2-4pm for an extra boost.

Dinner: Same as lunch.
