Practice: Self Care

By now, you’ve had a chance to read Monday’s Self Care lecture. If you haven’t, take a moment to look at it now. This’ll wait…

Now, it’s time to practice. This is simple. Tomorrow morning, as soon as you do your usual morning oral self care, stick out your tongue and take the clearest photo of your tongue possible. Yup, that’s what I said: take a photo of your tongue.

There is nothing to change or do at this point. In fact, it’s better if you don’t “do” anything. Just take the photo and save it on your camera. Don’t even overanalyze it, just save the photo for later. Every week (on the same day of the week) this month you’re going to take a morning photo of your tongue. You may choose to make a separate folder on your phone for these pictures.

Look for the next lecture and practice next week. (we’re building on this week, so be sure to take your tongue photo)
