It looks like there will be no in person classes during April, but I will be continuing Zoom Yoga classes on Monday mornings. They are at 9:30am, but you don’t have to watch them live, there will be a recording each time. Classes are only $5 so that they are accessible at this time (please contact me if even this is too much for you and you would like to attend).
I am also offering Zoom Mini Consults. They are also discounted through the month of April, again to be accessible at this time.
Ayurveda and The Mind is coming in May. May 8th at 6:30pm (this is a live, in person class) and is going to be awesome. It truly is a do not miss class. You may find some “mind” sneak peeks through the month of April to support you through the month and for fun. I’m considering offering an on-line version of this in April; if you’re interested in that happening, please encourage me to do so.
I have (in a Vata-like way) been adding to the 100 Days of Yoga Collection on Facebook, so look for those. Monday Mantras on the Blog have included a Pause and Practice piece. Speaking of the Blog, there are tons of resources there for you to peruse, if you haven’t had time to read them all, this is a great time to catch up.
If you need a refresher (or first time) Introduction to Ayurveda and/or Living Ayurvedic Routines, those recordings are also available for purchase (they are Yoga Alliance CE approved; please let me know if you need to use them for CEs). Truly, there’s never been a better time to learn how to live the Ayurvedic Lifestyle. It’s exactly what we need to maintain good health and balance.
We might be at home, but there’s plenty to do. The best thing you can do for yourself is do some self care and learn something!! YOGA Practice is a keystone practice–do whatever you need to do to make sure you show up. Keep your body and brain active. And be sure to keep to a healthy pattern of routines and rhythms.
