What do you want?

I’m beginning to plan out classes for 2020 and I’m seeking your input. What classes would you most like to see? Feel free to add suggestions and comments.

She is passionate about her work and loves to share the wisdom of Ayurveda; how by applying simple tools, you can tweak imbalances and support management of daily life and chronic concerns. A dedicated yoga teacher, she is honored to teach people that yoga is for everybody and a beautiful way to heal the body, mind, and heart.
