Three Day Autumn Reset: Going Forward

Cornerstones of BeeingWell: Movement, Nourishment, & Stillness (then add some Nature)

Sweet Things for Autumn Nourishment:

  • Evening Golden Milk (add Ashwaganda for an extra boost)
  • Afternoon Spoonful of Honey (I have a great recipe for yummy C Honey) or Chywanprash (between 2-4pm)
  • Go for a daily walk or hike
  • Stretch every morning
  • Oil your body daily (daily massage oil is great or Ashwaganda-Bala oil for extra nourishment–feed yourself from the outside in)
  • Sit for five minutes in stillness and silence before bed (perhaps write your worries down so you don’t have to carry them into sleep or write down what you are grateful for to ground yourself in gratitude)
  • Kitchari, or Clean Eating, Mondays. Mondays are hard, simplify them with easy to digest healing foods.
