According to Ayurveda, one of the root causes of disease is temporal factors (time: time of day, time of year, stage of life). It might be the “right thing”, but it also has to be the right time. A hot, thick, beefy soup might be the perfect thing, but probably not for a healthy person on a hot humid August day at noon. Right thing. Right time. Boxes help you sort this out for the shifting seasons.
