Add layers: for two days…

–continue triphala tea at the end of each day
–eat kitchari with vegetables for every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); if possible, try not to snack between meals
–drink a doshic (or doshic spice) tea
–daily Abhyanga of the whole body (if your are not purging or doing Basti use about 1/2 cup of oil; if you are oleating to eliminate/purge use 1/2 – 1 cup of oil)

*Do not undertake a deep cleanse if your Bala (strength) is low in any way.  Please consult with a qualified practitioner and your primary physician before you begin.
