Reminder that there is no yoga on Monday or Tuesday, but plenty of yoga the rest of the week!!  Don’t forget to order your Self Care Box by Thursday.

She is passionate about her work and loves to share the wisdom of Ayurveda; how by applying simple tools, you can tweak imbalances and support management of daily life and chronic concerns.
