Charlotte is an experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurveda Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500). She is passionate about her work and loves to share the wisdom of Ayurveda; how by applying simple tools, you can tweak imbalances and support management of daily life and chronic concerns. A dedicated yoga teacher, she is honored to teach people that yoga is for everybody and a beautiful way to heal the body, mind, and heart. She is actively seeking a life of peace, study, creation, and fun. She can often be found surrounded by cats with a mug of tea reading books and writing. Sometimes, you’ll find her climbing mountains or crawling under barbed wire.
