We’ll spend the first few minutes settling into the space with a breath work or meditation practice for the season and then sink into a guided Yoga Nidra. Close out your Monday by winding down and settling in. Begin your week well rested, calm, and grounded.
It’s said that twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is as calming to the mind as two hours of quality sleep.
