Week’s Changes

There is no yoga this Friday at The Community Church.  Please let me know if you are desperate for a post Thanksgiving yoga class.  My bags should be packed and ready to go, and I could be easily persuaded to offer a small class at Trillium Ayurveda.  Please RSVP!!!
